Delivery Details

Little Moose orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days. All of our items are made by hand in small batches, so during busy periods this may take slightly longer. During sale periods, please expect longer dispatch times of up to 10 days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 for posting our orders.

Christmas delivery

We will be posting orders right up until Christmas and will do our very best to make sure that anything orders arrives in time. 

FREE standard UK delivery

Postage is FREE on all orders over £50.

Standard UK delivery

Postage is £3.50 on all orders under £50.

International delivery - Europe

Postage is £11.95 on deliveries to countries inside the EU and should take no more than 10 working days to reach you.

We are IOSS registered, which means that our EU customers should not be liable to pay any more at customs to have their happy handmade jewellery reach them. The price you pay with us should be all you pay.

International delivery - Rest of the world

Postage is £15.00 on deliveries to countries outside of the EU and could about 10 working days to reach you after dispatch.

This price does not include any taxes or import duties issued by the customs authorities in the country you are shipping to. We advise checking these costs before placing your order.
