Hi there. We just want to let you know that at Little Moose we really value our customers and we are absolutely committed to maintaining your trust and confidence. We never buy, rent, sell or swap your email information. Below, you'll find information about how we treat the data that we collect from visitors to our website or someone who subscribes to our newsletter.

Website Visitors

If you do choose to place an order with us (we hope you do!) we will collect some information from you - namely your name, email address, address information and (if you choose to) a telephone number. Without this information, we wouldn't be able to send you your shiny new piece of jewellery. We'll only use this info to confirm and deliver your order and assist you with any queries or issues regarding your order. Unless you sign up for our newsletter, we'll never contact you about anything else. We hold all of your details, securely, on file but if you'd like to have them deleted, please just get in touch.

When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this so we can see how many people are visiting www.littlemoose.co.uk and to use the information to help us improve the website and identify any problems with it (for example, identifying broken links or slow loading pages). This information does not identify anyone, and we don't make any attempt to use it to do so.

If we do collect personal information, we will be absolutely clear and up front about it and explain why it may be necessary.
